Everything you need to know to bring your students to the Alabama College Scholarship & Career Expo.
Who Should Register
Eligible Schools & Personnel
School registration should be completed by the lead counselor, career coach, or administrator responsible for coordinating student field trips.
- Registration is for Alabama high schools (public, private, and home school groups).
- Counselors coordinate student attendance levels.
- Administrators approve transportation and logistics.
- One registration form per school location is required.

Prepare Your Submission
Before filling out the form, ensure you have the following details ready to provide an accurate registration for your school group.
- Estimated student headcount (broken down by grade level).
- Preferred time slot (morning or afternoon sessions).
- Number of buses and chaperones attending.
- Points of contact for logistical coordination.
After Submitting
Next Steps & Confirmation
Once you submit the school registration form, our team begins the coordination process immediately.
- You will receive an automated confirmation email with your data summary.
- An ACCAP coordinator will review and approve your requested slot based on capacity.
- Closer to the event, you will receive a digital toolkit with maps and student prep materials.
- Final arrival instructions will be sent two weeks prior to the Expo date.
